Ice Sculptures

I dressed the boys up for Church today. D picked out his outfit. He decided that he wanted to wear his alligator shirt, and jogging pants.

Little A did not get the choice, but D did approve of the outfit. (hehehe)

We took the boys to the ice sculptures after Church.

When we got to the dinosaur, D roared. I think this was his favourite. He was quite intreged with everything, sitting forward in his seat so he could see better.

This sculpture celebrates Quebec's 400th year anniversary.

D and Little A were watching this person sculpt. They were quite fascinated.

This is the train sculpture. The boys were not as excited as I thought they would be about this one.

This is a lifesize sculpture of Dexter. Canada's last contribution to the International space station. Dexter is a robot to be used to complete maintenance on the space station.

Here we are in front of a whale's tail.

This young lady was dancing and beating on her drum. D and Little A's eyes were as big as saucers as they watched. She then let some people try out the drum. It was very cool.

The weather was not to bad. It was warm, and the rain had not started yet. The boys had a great time, and I am glad that we got them down there to check it out.

Happy Family Day everyone!!

Good for you two to brave the weather. I'm more of a Tulip Festival girl myself.
